You can choose where you want to see your RDP conneciton. On a tabpage, external window or full screen.
If you have multiple screens choose on the second or third or "n" screen.
TIP: Right click on the RDP tab or on node connection to reconnect , make it an external window or pin the tab so it doesn't close and get opened on SWORD startup. On other connections (HTTP/SSH) only External Window and Pin Tab options are available.
Select what kind of RDP experience you want and save your preferences for all new connections.
TIP: On RDP external window you may want to resize the RDP size to fit the window, open system menu -> Fit to window. You aldo have the option in any external window (RDP, HTTP/S or SSH/Telnet/Serial) to move the window back to SWORD tab internal window.
Right click on session row and you have the option to logoff or disconnect that session if you have the right privileges.
Select "Use console" for an Admin console session or "Use NLA" for Network Level Authentication when you statrt a connection.
Enter your credentials on the Athentication area for the connection or select "Inherit settings from parent" to retrieve the credentials from the container node.
Even if you have saved your credentials on a specific connection you can choose to connect as another user.
You can protect you SWORD file with a password restricting the access to the file and your credentials.
On the "File" menu select "File Protection". You must enter the password everytime you open the file.
